Contemplation Rocks!

by Scott Noelle

Have you been exploring the new Question of the Month introduced last week? (See: What is Partnership?) It may seem hard to start a new practice amidst the chaos of modern family life, but this is one that can have some surprisingly powerful benefits, and you can do it imperfectly and still score some major gains.

TIP:  Think of a place where you commonly go to decompress, catch your breath, or escape from the chaos, then put something unusual there that will remind you to think about the Question of the Month every time you go there. Example: If your spot is a rocking chair, write the QOTM on a brightly colored Post-It note and stick it to the chair’s headrest.

News you can CHEW on:  Here’s another article with insights about certain unforeseen effects of modernity. This is what life would actually be like without processed food.
