The Power of Vision

by Scott Noelle

Today in America we celebrate the life of a great visionary: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

If you have never listened to his famous “I have a dream” speech in its entirety, I suggest you gather the family together and invest 15 minutes of your day to re-experience this great moment in history.

There is no better way to start a conversation with your children, your partner, and yourself, about the power of vision. And to ask, “What is my dream? What vision am I serving with my thoughts, words and actions?”

Dr. King understood that action without vision is weak, but action that is inspired by a clear, positive vision has the power to change the course of history.
